RENTAL AGREEMENT

The following Rental Agreement is a legal contract between a client(s) and Yard Poppers regarding the use of our services.

1. Total amount is due at time of booking to secure your letters and delivery date.  There are no refunds on Custom Pops and Pops with Personal Interests pieces.  For cancellations made prior to 72 hours of delivery date, we reserve the right to refund 1/2 the amount paid, or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid.  If canceled 1-3 days before delivery, you may reschedule at full value paid.  Cancellations made the day of delivery are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.     

2. Delivery is included within 10 miles of Cresco.  Additional fee will be added to travel further.

3.  If weather prohibits delivery, Yard Poppers will contact you to make other arrangements for your delivery or fully refund you.

4.  All Yard Poppers greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. If this is a gift, for our safety, within 24 hours of the reservation, please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting. Please advise homeowners to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify lawn companies to suspend services for the duration of the rental.

5.  Ensure all pets, including dogs are secured in home or on a leash, away from the installers and the work area.  Failure to provide a safe work environment can result in a non-refundable cancellation.    

6.  No refunds for denied access to a property or gated community. 

7.  Balloons should not be attached to the yard cards.

8.  Yard Poppers reserves the right to photograph our work, at the designated area and use them for advertising purposes.

9.  For safety to everyone, please do not allow anyone or pets to play with or around the yard card setup.  Yard cards do not support the weight of kids or adults leaning on them.  Yard Poppers will not be liable for any injuries due to violating the terms of this agreement.

10.  Do NOT remove the yard cards or place in another location without the expressed consent of Yard Poppers.  Pick-up time is 24 hours after delivery time, unless otherwise stated.

11.  Do NOT throw away yard cards. Any damage, destruction, or tampering of greetings is prohibited.  You are responsible for replacement of graphics, letters or stakes at full replacement value.  Full payment for signs that are damaged due to breaking rules in agreement will be enforced.
